“Cranberries are one of the most dynamic foods, and blend seamlessly with the Indian cuisine.” Ms. Hogan added.
Cranberry is gaining popularity in India as a superfruit and is increasingly becoming a part of Indian households. Packed with phytonutrients (naturally derived plant compounds), cranberries are a great choice for the health-conscious consumer. Cranberries are available in a wide variety of forms including fresh fruit, juice, sauce, and dried. With such a diverse array of product forms, cranberries are easy to incorporate into the diet. The audience in Amritsar also noted their appreciation for the unique and delicious flavour of US cranberries.
